As a lifelong athlete, Erica is always striving to move better and to help her clients do the same. Erica started taking Pilates over 20 years ago and quickly learned that it helped fine-tune her performance. Pilates became her key to running better, cycling stronger, and moving more efficiently in all aspects of life. Erica became certified in the Classical Pilates Method and continued to pursuit her other passion of triathlon and got her USA Triathlon Coaching certification. Erica has run 11 marathons, completed multiple duathlon and triathlons, and continues to compete on a world level as part of team USA.
