Whether your goal is running a marathon, running a 5K, Body & Motion will help you get there with a personalized plan that fits your needs and your schedule. We offer monthly, weekly, or event-based plans using Training Peaks, a state of the art online tool. Erica specializes in providing balance, both in program design and training to life ratio.
